How does email integration work?

You have two options:

1. IMAP/SMTP integration

Connect your existing mailbox via IMAP and SMTP. This allows you to:

  • Use your own support address (e.g. support@yourdomain.com)
  • Sync incoming and outgoing messages directly with the HelpDesk
  • Keep your existing email workflows intact

2. Dedicated HelpDesk email address

We provide every customer with a personal HelpDesk email address, ready to use immediately:

  • No configuration needed
  • Ideal for fast onboarding
  • Can be used in contact forms, shops, or automated systems
