Today we are celebrating a special anniversary: 10 years of eSagu. Since 2015, we have been developing software that helps retailers in Europe and the UK to manage their prices efficiently, organise support cases and keep track of their business. Ten years in which an idea became a stable, tried-and-tested system.

From the idea to a reliable solution

In 2015, we started with a clear idea: High-quality B2B software for e-commerce that works reliably - without marketing blah-blah, without half-finished features. Our goal was and is to develop tools that lastingly relieve instead of impressing in the short term.

Today, eSagu supports retailers on Amazon, eBay and Kaufland - and ensures that pricing, communication and analyses are seamlessly integrated.

Our development in 10 years

  • RePricing for Amazon (B2C & B2B) Automatic price optimisation with individual strategies, BuyBox control and accurate margin calculation - including complete Amazon cost logic. The system also includes private label repricing for own brands: search terms for comparison offers are generated automatically with ChatGPT in order to precisely recognise relevant competitor products - even where fixed rules reach their limits. Comparison ASINs, reference offers and multiple daily updates ensure that own-brand prices are always optimally positioned. Retailers can use CustomCode strategies to customise their pricing logic.
    eSagu is an official software partner in the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore - with a repricing solution that optimises prices on Amazon automatically, efficiently, reliably and in accordance with the rules.

  • RePricing for eBay Our eBay RePricing combines precise competitor analysis with intelligent data processing. Search terms are automatically generated from item characteristics, EAN, MPN, manufacturer numbers and other attributes. In addition, AI support is used to supplement search terms if logical rules are not sufficient. Category searches, filter and exclusion functions can be used to avoid undesirable results - such as certain retailers, item types or bundle offers. This creates a particularly precise and realistic competitive picture, which forms the basis for fair and effective pricing strategies.
    eSagu is an officially eBay-recognised β€˜eBay Compatible Application ’ - and thus enables compliant, automated repricing that strengthens your competitive position and leads to higher sales in the long term.

  • RePricing for Kaufland Our latest product: Now available as beta version. With strategies, price gaps, exceptions, CSV support and automatic rules - for more reach in a growing marketplace. This project is particularly close to our hearts: I myself gained my first experience in software development as a working student at Hitmeister - today's Kaufland Marketplace. So it's all the nicer to pick up where I left off.

  • HelpDesk Combines email communication, Kanban boards, calendar view, to-do lists, workflows, translations, REST API, CSV import & export - and recently also ChatGPT integration for intelligent reply suggestions and automatic summaries. With templates with placeholders, address book connection, automatic translations of incoming and outgoing messages and flexible automation through workflows, HelpDesk combines efficient communication and structured task management in one system.

  • Lost & Found for Amazon FBA Finds lost or incorrectly booked stock and helps with automatically generated texts when creating manual cases - completely free of charge for FBA merchants. It can be used independently of other eSagu products - no RePricing or HelpDesk subscription is required. 2015 Foundation of eSagu GmbH and launch of RePricing for Amazon.
2016 Introduction of CustomCode, Scheduler and Support for Amazon USA. (Along the way, a listing tool for Amazon was created - that was a flop πŸ˜„)
2017 Launch of RePricing for eBay, plus the REST API for Amazon and eBay and RePricing based on sales figures.
2018 Introduction of Login with Amazon, Prime offer filter, Dashboard enhancements and many detailed improvements throughout the system.
2019 Numerous small improvements and the start of work on the new HelpDesk system.
2020 Release of the HelpDesk, launch of the eSagu app, support for amazon.nl, a customisable dashboard with widgets and introduction of TOTP-2FA.
2021 Introduction of B2B-RePricing, launch of amazon.pl and launch of RePricing for Cdiscount (unfortunately, the interfaces ended up delivering less than they promised πŸ˜„).
2022 Support for amazon.be and switch from MWS to SP-API.
2023 The HelpDesk can now provide own e-mail addresses in addition to IMAP and SMTP. We have also revised and expanded our complete manuals - for all products, clearly structured and available online at any time.
2024 Introduction of accurate margin calculation, complete frontend redesign, now with an dark mode, and numerous new HelpDesk features.
2025 Introduction of WebAuthn as 2FA, launch of Lost & Found for Amazon FBA, Kaufland RePricing and Own Brand RePricing for Amazon.
